Dr. Emil Khalil joined Westheights Family Practice and brought with him years of experience while working as a physician and focuses on a model of care which puts patients at the centre of health care system.

Dr. Aamir Daud focuses on Children's health, including physical, behavior, and mental health issues. He carries years of experience to diagnose and treat childhood illnesses, from minor health problems to serious diseases.

Our office manager David's primary job is to make sure that our Family Practice office is running smoothly and is always eager to develop strategies and procedures to make the overall office place a good experience for the staff and patients.
Our Practice
A family doctor is a primary care physician who can care for the entire family, from an infant to the grandparent. Westheights Family Practice is based on personal relationships and a model of care that puts our patients -- You and your family -- at the centre of our health care system.

Westheights Family Practice has two Family Physicians, Dr. Waseema Rehman and Dr. Emil Khalil and a pediatrician Dr. Aamir Daud. We are located in a peaceful Driftwood center surrounded by Residential area and 2 public schools and easily accessible by public transport.

We are a family practice and not a walk in clinic. Our patients are seen by appointments only, however we have few slots everyday for same day appointments to address urgent issues.

After Hours Coverage

The physicians at Westheights Family Practice are part of a Family Health Organization with a group of 15 physicians and one of them is On Call everyday to address the urgent issues every day between 5pm and 8pm.

Prescriptions Renewals
The Physicians at Westheights Family Practice will be more than happy to renew the prescriptions of our patients. We respectfully ask our patients to ask their pharmacy 10 days before they run out of medications to send us the renewal request.
